
Spices Mix for gyros from Verstegen. Pot with shaking lid with gyros herbs for chicken, lamb or pork. Authentic herbs for the preparation of gyros with a slightly spicy taste. The herbs are easy to dose with the shaking lid which is resealable. Contents: 70 grams. Mix 1 kg sliced pork, lamb or chicken with 30 grams of mix (= about 3 tablespoons) and let it soak. Fry the strips in hot oil or butter until tender. Serve with a raw onion cut into rings in a pita sandwich.
