This form of soft wheat has a higher carbohydrate content than hard Red Wheat, but with less Gluten. This makes it easier and better to cook with.
Have a healthy breakfast by boiling soft wheat in a good amount of water until tender. Take the grains out of the water, put them in a bowl, add some sugar or sweet sirop, few almonds or any other dried fruits and nuts and enjoy the taste.
