
Marinated herring and onions in a tomato sauce. After many months the herring is mature and ready to be cooked following our own family recipes. The herring is weighed and flavored with selected spices, onions and other vegetables. We then put the herring in glass jars with a sauce, spiced according to our recipe. The filled herring jar is then sealed with a lid and labeled. Then the cans are packed and transported inland to the shops' coolers and to the restaurants who like to serve our herring.
